MoJ Transparency in family courts letter

The second phrase of the MoJ transparency programme, the information pilot, started on 2 November this year.

This pilot will test issuing judgments to parties in more cases than now in the county court. In addition, both written reasons from family proceedings courts and judgments from county courts will be anonymised and placed on the British and and Irish Legal Information Institute (BAILII) website www.bailii.org
