The purpose of this Briefing Note for Devon and Cornwall is to bring into effect the substance of the President’s Interim Guidance for England (‘PIGE’). The aim of PIGE is “…to put in place measures which will address the current backlog of work while preventing backlogs arising in respect of new work…”
